About Me:
My name is Laura, I'm 14 years old, I'm a freshman. I was diagnosed with alopecia in 5th grade. I had slow hair loss until May 2008. Now I have several bald spots, but that doesn't keep me from doing what I have always done which is cheerleading. I am on my high school varsity squad and I also cheer for an all-star level 5 senior squad. I also enjoy hanging out with friends and having fun. I would love to talk to anyone about each others situations. :) My best friend also has alopecia!

    To cover mine I used eyeshadow that matches my haircolor. I just fill in the patches will it and brush my hair over so you can't see it =] i just found this great spray at sally beauty supply.its like the color hair spray that everyone uses for halloween but its brown! i also use hats,bandannas,headbands,and i actually just ordered a wig the other day! if you ever need someone to talk to im here for ya girlie<3

    we've been super sloppy which sucks and waaaaay too many tumbling deductions. we haven't even gotten our worlds bid yet... we should get it at the last competition hopefully. do you guys have your bid yet?
