I saw the group you started for alopecians in NYC. I live upstate (Syracuse) and know exactly how you feel! However, I know for a fact that you are not the only woman in NYC with alopecia. I am sure that you will meet people very soon on here that are from your area. I also know that there are support groups in that area (I have one upstate) that you might want to look into. Have you ever attended a NAAF conference? It was the greatest choice I could make when dealing with this.

Hi Everyone. I have started losing my eyebrows. I have been kinda o down because of it. But I know I will get through this too.

Now would be a good time to get the permanent eyebrows. I got my
eyebrows tattooed about 8 years ago and it helped me deal with
self acceptance.

How's it going? I've been through the eyebrow thing, I lost 1/2 of one, hahahaha talk about goofy looking, feeling. I t came back and is still with me at the moment. No matter what happens , it's already happened worse to me and I'm laughing. You'll be fine!!!
