I'm a parent looking for a support group to help me help my son cope with his alopecia universalis. Although he is only turning 5 in July, he is now becoming more aware of his condition.
Hello Jennifer, Hello Joaquin( you cutie)
Sorry it took me so long to get back to you..It has been so busy around here. There are no ingredients on the lable. I wort him and this is the letter I got back I have copied and pasted
Dear Christine,
Thank you for letting other parents know that there is hope! It's great to read that Kyler is popular :) ... we wish we could tell people who are interested in Kyler's condition that results require patience.
The active ingredients are essences of edible herbs (maximal safety degree, but not very tasty...) Over 20+ years, not a single patient had repoted negative side effects.
If parents are concerned about the safety of Hair Up, we can provide them the formal approval by the Israeli ministry of health, it would be the best way to approach their concern.
We wish Kyler all the best and hope that you will care to update us from time to time about his condition.
Best regards,
Shmuel Gonen Hair Treamtment Institute

A young boy initiated our treatment for Alopecia Areata in May 1995. He had just published his touching story in "children with alopecia" group. Perhaps you would be interested. His name is Sami Ashkenazi and he invites parents to kids in his condition to contact him
Hi Jennifer. How are Joaquin's treatments going? I am giving some thought to Dr. Gonen's product however it is quite a big investment for me and I really would love to know a little more about it. Have you had a chance to speak with the doctor yourself? Was there anything specific that made you feel like this is worth a shot? I really hope things are going well with your lil guy, and please let me know how it's coming along. all the best, c
