- I am a devoted mother of three precious babies. They are my world and keep me going nonstop. I have had all three stages of alopecia (areata, totalis, and universalis) since the age of 19. Right now, I am in the in-between stage of totalis and universalis because my body cannot make up its mind on what it wants to do. That is the frustrating part of having alopecia. To keep myself busy, I am the CEO of Couture Lace Crowns by passion, an accountant by trade, and I am in the process of learning how to make my own lace wig. I enjoy sharing my story with other people and helping them as well as myself achieve inner & outer beauty. Being positive and spiritual has helped me accept alopecia, allow it to run its course, and move forward in living the best life I can live.

Thank you very much :) I find coloring the rest of my hair light blonde helps make the bald spots less noticeable on my extremely white head :)
