Hi, my name is Erin, I am 27 years old and I have AU. Although it feels like a life time ago that I shaved my head it was only back in November '07. By Christmas I had lost all my hair, everywhere. I had never even heard of Alopecia before and so now that I have it I am going to try and learn as much as I can about it and meet as many people going through the same thing along the way.

    Hi. Was the mirena making your hair fall out? Mine has been in for almost four months and my hair is falling out it patches. I read your post from a link when i searched this topic.

    Oh, yes, questions! Sorry if I bombard you with a few. How long after your Mirena was out before you saw regrowth? What was the regrowing process like for you? I got my Mirena out on Monday, my hair is still falling out. Did yours fall out for a while after? How long was it before it started to fall out again?
