    So, my hair is coming out more. Spots are getting bigger. Have a derm appointment in a few weeks. Is it okay that im okay with my hair falling out? Or am i just going through a phase.... I really feel like getting a great wig or two, but dont know where to start.

    Hi Erica! I do believe that the Mirena is what caused my alopecia. My hair grew back once I had it removed but has recently started to fall out again. Once you have alopecia it never really goes away I guess. I hope you are doing well, let me know if I can answer any other questions for you! Happy holidays.
