About Me
Hi! I am Annelies and I am 24 years old.
I have alopecia from when I was 13. In one week I lose al my hair.
It was strange, sad and I don't know a mutch about that period.
The first 3 years I wear a wig, then my hair grows back for a year. When it fals out again I make the dessistion that I wanna be who I am.
From that moment I don't ware my wig and be happy with who I am.
I am active by the dutch federation for Alopecia people, and they said to my that I have to look here.
Unfortenatly is my English not so good, Sorry for that!

Hello!! Thank you for the compliment on my wedding pictures. To attach my veil I actually used double sided foam tape, I bought it from CVS but you can get it at any pharmacy or craft store most likely. It worked out pretty well and stayed on for awhile. Best of luck with your wedding!!

The girl at the picture is an alopecian friend from USA. I visit USA every summer for an alopecia conference =) I have two dutch alopecian friends. One in Enchede and one in Emmeloord =)
