- About Me
- My daughter (age 10) has alopecia universalis. Dr says auto immune disease. Have had EBV (Epstein Barr Virus), parasites and IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). Has low ferritin, low zinc and copper, high IgG. Lactose intolerant and gluten sensitivity (not celiac but change diet to no lactose and no gluten). Avoid processed foods and sugary drinks. Eat healthy (salads, veggies, protein, fruit, GF carbs) Tried hydrocortisone 2 months, then minoxidil 5% now using 3 months. Has made no difference.
