Hey Austin,

NAAF = National Alopecia Areata Foundation. They have an annual confrerence which is totally awesome. Click the events button and you can read about it. You can also visit their website. The conference is in June in Houston this year.
I've had AU for a year and a half. Hope you are doing well.
