Started losing my hair right after I turned 30 July 2011, great birthday present!!! Officially diagnosed with AA but by the end of September all my body hair fell out, so now officially have AU. After the endless days of questioning "why me?" I have now come to terms with what has been given to me and have learned to appreciate life in a different way now. I'm not saying I don't still cry and mourn my loss at random times but i know I could be suffereing from something much worse. This process has been earth crushing but I wouldn't have gotten through it without the support of my husband and son. I can live withouht the hair on my scalp but what I wouldn't give to have eyebrows and eyelashes! Hoping that one day my hair will return but until then....
I ordered the medium with light curl, I am finding it to be too thick for me too. I can't seem to style it well it wants to fall into my face. Thinking I will have it thinned a bit.

Hi Sarah! Thanks for friending me! Your pics are beautiful love the one of you and your little boy on that porch! Cute hubby too.
Hello and welcome, Sarah! How are you today? You asked about eyelash adhesive remover -- if the adhesive is on your eyelid, baby oil works. Just let it sit for a little while. If you're trying to get it off the false eyelashes, I use cleaning fluid poured into a little plasic container (the top of a pill bottle works). Let the eyelashes sit in the cleaner for a few minutes and then use an eyebrow brush to clean off the dissolved adhesive. Leslie Ann
Hi Sarah, Nice to meet you. First of all, you look amazing! What do you do for eyebrows? I am so artistically challenged I have had the hardest time making my face look the way I want it. I draw my brows on every day and I am seriously considering tattoo--but the ones I have seen just look like a stencil. I want a more natural look.
So how did your husband deal with your new look? I have to say it's been hard for my husband. I hate feeling like I have to be dressed up all the time--full makeup, something on my head. I just want to be comfortable but then I don't feel attractive to him. :(
