- I started with Frontal Fibrosing about 4 years ago. It started with a bad acne like rash all over my face/forehead/scalp. The pain and itching was horrible and I still have itching though not as bad. I am losing my hairline. I got a patch of bald on top and now thinning on top as well. The horrible itching burning also went into my ears and I've developed spinal burning as well. I know...strange. Needless to say, I am very uncomfortable. No Doctors can help as they don't know what to do with me.
