So it's been almost a year since I was told I have Alopecia Areata. Here is a graph to show my journey. This is what I would fill in every month to show my dermatologist. This made it easier to see the progress and when she saw how quickly it was progressing, we decided to go ahead with steroid injections. Right around the same time I started the injections, I started my gluten free diet.

Filling this chart out and taking it to the doctor has been very empowering for such a vulnerable situation.
