Hi Elena, My daughter lost her hair 3 yrs ago as well. We found a small spot in May 07 and by the end of the year it was all gone . Sam has dealt with it very well and never cried or show any signs of upset. We tried lots of things and I took her to many doctors. Finally, just as the rest was falling out we found a doctor who wanted to try something more aggressive and we started one of the squaric acid treatments. By June 08 her hair started to return. Today she has 2-3 small bald spots that are not visible and growing in. One eyebrow and returned, the other is growing in and no lashes yet. Sam has had 3 hair cuts since end of Aug. When we went a few weeks ago the hairdresser happened to find a very small spot. Right now I don't know if it is new or just an area overlooked. I am trying now to think too much about it and I make sure I put her treatment on the spot. In the meantime it is not growing and I see no hair falling out on her cloths, shower or pillow. My daughter is very positive and accepts things the way they are. She has never had any issues in school and loves life. We are very lucky. Me, well I am the mom and I have all the tears. Have you tried anything?
