I'm sorry you are having to deal with alopecia for your daughter. Sometimes it's harder for the parents than it is for the kids. I have had it for about 30 years and wrote a book about it; you might want to read it. "If Your Hair Falls Out, Keep Dancing!" will give you a lot of helpful information, including research, medical, treatment , inspirational stories from other women, and some humor, too!
