- Hello I am Maranda I have had Alopecia since I was 2 years old. All through school and early adulthood I was bullied to the point of suicide.The thing is though is no one in my family has it.I am 26 and living with my boyfriend and often I do still get picked on because of my alopecia and I have gotten to the point where I do not care anymore because the people that are picking/bulling me do not understand how it is to have is so they are just picking at something that they do not understand. I am Gothic I love rock and metal music. I have been to many concerts in this state and IO wish they would have more of them because Maine is not just full of bums and hicks there are a lot of people that are metal freaks like my self and my boyfriend Stephen Cote. Which I have known my boyfriend since I was 12. He has always been there for me. He is a big impact in my life. I do not know where I would be without him he is amazing in every way.
