About Me:
Hi my name is Grant. I am an engineer, inventor, musician, beer geek, party host and golf enthusiast.

I have lived in many places and came to the East Coast for the first time last year, for a job opportunity after I got my Masters.
I lived in Egypt from '93 to '98. One highlight was when my middle school softball team played in an international tournament in Kuwait.

My family lived in Wyoming when I was in high school, and since 2003 has lived in Alaska.

I grew up a Cardinals fan and got a chance to go to their games when I went to college in St. Louis.

I really enjoy continuing to travel and going to new places locally, going out at night for bubble tea, strumming the guitar, and listening to music.

I like turning up the stereo, sharing thoughts with friends over wine, playing sports that people don't think are sports (darts, ping pong, badminton), monkeys, sleep, movies, electricity, travel, and maps.
