I am an African American woman who was told by her doctor that "a lot of African Americans have alopecia" and it's just too bad. No continuing appointments to try to help - just basically was told "tough." Very frustrating.
By the way, "Keep Dancing" is used figuratively (as I'm sure you know) - and that would be fab if you were up here in PDX! I would love to meet up with ya...so let me know!
Hey! That's great that you are buying "If Your Hair Falls Out, Keep Dancing!" for your birthday! Happy, happy Bee Day and let me know how you like it, okay? Hugs!

Hello and welcome!
Your doctor sounds like a jerk.
How are you doing today?
