- I am a 9 nine year old African-American girl living with alopecia. I was born and is raised by my both parents who really love the Lord. Because of my parents faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, I have been encouraged to live on. Over the years of my life, I have been searching for an answer to my condition. As it is, I have not seen any one that looks like me. Mom and I are looking forward to the time when I our prayer will be answer to get in contact with someone of my kind. Today, I believe this prayer is answer through the web. (This is written by my mom on my behalf).

I would love for my daughter to be in touch with you. She is eight, and has lost most of her hair now, and the bit that remains has been shaved off. (looks much nicer)
