- I hate talking about myself but here goes. I love reading, music and dancing (badly) round my house to cheesy pop. I am a behaviour analysis and love learning about and from other people. I work with children with Autism and have learnt many lessons at the knee of a child with Autism. I am currently learning new lessons at the school of alopecia. Although I love to study but this is one subject I would not have chosen to learn about so personally but my best coping strategy has been to approach it as any other learning experience and I am definitely learning alot. Mainly I have learnt that I am weaker alone than I thought I was but also stronger with support than I knew I could be.

Hi Julianne, no I don't mind you contacting me at all. It's interesting, I really pulled back on using the products in August because I went on a vacation and didn't want to bother. When I got back home I got out of the habit and didn't use them as much as I should have. Within a short time I started loosing hair again. I immediately started up again and I've stablized again. I'm not really noticing a lot of hair regrowth with this product as much as it seems to prevent more hairs from falling out. I'm at the point now with my Alopecia that if I loose any more hair, people will really notice so I'm not going to take the chance and stop using it. I would be interested to hear how it works for you. Please keep in touch.

I'm sorry you are having a tough time with alopecia. I know how it is -- have had it for 30 years and wrote a book about it called, "If Your Hair Falls Out, Keep Dancing!"
You should post some pics of yourself dancing!
