About Me:
I am soooooo glad I found this site! I have had alopecia for quite a few years and at first it was very subtle but now it is pretty much in the advanced stages. I have had to start wearing a wig, and unfortunately I can tell that it has started to take a toll on my self esteem over the last few years. But I will say that God works in mysterious ways and He constantly reminds me of all of the beautiful blessings that He has placed in my life and I am again thankful.

First of all hello Kelly.

Second, you look absolutely fantastic. I actually click on you photo because I thought you may be the partner of a Alopecia sufferer, but no you have it.

You look really well and if that is a wig, it suits you and I would never have guessed if you hadn't said.

I myself gave up wearing wigs about 5years ago and haven't looked back and don't think I can go back to wearing one now, only for special ocassions.

However, it did take me a long time to get there, but I am so glad I did it - never looked back - accept me as I am.

Everyone get's there in their own time if not make the most of yourself, which you surely have.
