- I'm an eyelash extensionist that gets calls from people with alopecia seeking my assistance. Since I can only apply lash extensions to lashes, I am usually of no help to the caller. The feeling of not being able to help really troubled me. After speaking with a recent inquirer at length, I made it my mission to find help for her in other ways.
Coming here has been one of my steps. She told me she did not find a local support group and the rapid onset was recent and shocking. She felt very insecure and especially not feeling very feminine.
I just want to help her know she isn't alone and she is beautiful with or without hair.
