Hi Lesley! I am an RN with AT. I just joined alopecia world and was glad to have stumbled onto this site. I currently use a surgical cap while I'm working. They come in so many cute and fun colors! I thought about wearing a wig when all this started (may 2011), but I thought it would be hot and uncomfortable for 12hrs a day.
