- My sister was diagnosed with Alopecia recently and she is very self conscience about it, somewhat of a denial stage. I have decided it is up to me to do some foot work and find information so that i can help her. I am hear to gather as much as I can and show her there are others in her same situation and hopefully break her out of her shell.

You are wonderful to be so supportive of your sister. It's very hard on women to lose their hair, as you know. I wrote a book about it called, "If Your Hair Falls Out, Keep Dancing!" It will give you a lot of helpful information, including research, medical, treatment , inspirational stories from other women, and some humor, too!
