My sons eyes are constantly tearing and he doesn't have any eyelashes. Do others have this same problem?

"Why no eyelashes? Most likely there's an infection or it's a common mite. Everyone has it but under fruitful conditions it develops. And the eyes may be watery from excess infection, so you need to wash your eyes with a chamomile solution…"
