- Well, I am tring to find and learn more about Alopecia because I really do not know to much about it!
The first time that I had got it was when I was 13. I thought it was because of a fight I was in but I got it again in the same spot about 6 months ago. Now I have a new one in a different spot, and my hair is passed my waste. Am I going to loose all of it! Worried and Scared!!!!

Hey, I know how scary alopecia can be! It's pretty unpredictable. You may have a few episodes and then it could grow in and never happen again. You just never know.
Anyway, I have had it for about 30 years. I wrote a book about it that you might find helpful (and it's fun to read, too!) It's written for women, and called "If Your Hair Falls Out, Keep Dancing!" (It just won two national awards!) There is lot of good info in it, it can answer many questions. You can find out more on my page. It's available on Amazon.com.
