Hii,I was just diagnosed with chronic Alopecia Totalis and it’s very hard on me. My dermatologist wants me to start cyclosporine or methotrexate. Both medications require constant monitoring and can make me feel very sick. I don’t know if i should take it or not. Is it worth it? Have any of you started medication?
