Yes, I agree with you -- you must develop that inner knowing of who you really are inside, which is beautiful beyond measure. That is in every one of us! That is wonderful that you are thinking about writing a book. First thing is to write it! It took four years for me to get everything together, interviewing focus groups, doing all the research. I was really fortunate to find a publisher (Nightengale Press)who loved the book and wanted to do it so I didn't have to do it myself -- and supported me the whole way!
