This disease has all but roped me of many joys in my life and im just looking for people like me to talk with almost like a support group

Sorry the Alopecia has got you down. You just have to remain positive and know that the possibility of re-growth is always there.
There are hundreds of thousands of people that have life threatening diseases. This is just a condition and how you react to it is completely up to you.
