- I first noticed small patches of hair loss on my scalp than in my mustache sometime in 1991, it gradually got worse and worse, approx 2 years ago it suddenly progressed very quickly to the point of Alopecia Totalis - Eye brows, eye lashes, mustache and beard and most of all my bodily hair are gone. (except for one large patch on my scalp)
