I read some of your comments in the discussion area. I'm the same age as you and have had regrowth in the past but at the moment it's not looking good. I guess at least this time around there are websites like this that might help you through some of the crappy times. They definitely helped me when it all started falling out like crazy a couple of years ago.
I get acrylic wigs from the NHS so if you have any questions about that let me know. I know it's slightly different up here in Scotland from hearing folks experiences from different parts of the UK so I might not be a huge amount of help I guess.
I know it sounds a bit lame but things do get better. It's all about adjusting (again) and getting back into the swing of living with it. It's heart breaking but life goes on but we all find ways to get through it and I'm sure you will too x
