HI BRANDY!!!!! Thank you for looking me up. I miss you. Love the pics. I have a couple of really cute ones of Sophie. Love and miss you much.......Dotty
Hi Brandy, Welcome to AW!! You have found the right place to find the support you are looking for. I am mom to a 7 yr old girl. She began to lose her hair at age 5 and by 6 it was all gone. Today, she is regrowing her hair and is no longer wearing her wig. It is really hard on us as parents to help our kids navigate the social struggles that may come along with developing Alopeica at such a young age. If you continue to talk about Alopeica and build your daughters confidence and self acceptance you will be amazed how well she will handle herself. If you were looking for a head covering, Sam loves to wear these headbands with hair sewn into them. You can find them at www.hatswithhair.com. I only recommend the human hair one. We tried a few of them. How is your daughter? Cindy
