- I am a retired 71 year old living in middle Tn. with my spouse of 30 years. We both enjoy reading and trying to keep healthy and as of the moment, neither one of us is on any medication except for natural Armour thyroifd for me. My hubby has been recently dianosed with diabetes 2 but doesn't show the usual symptoms and is working to bring his blood sugar down with diet and exercise.
