Hi Gayle! Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you! That wig is a Raquel Welch wig called "Relentless." I like it a lot but my problem is that it gets very tangled and requires lots of brushing. And of course brushing leads to the hair coming out and then it doesn't grow back! So I wear it only for special occasions. But I think it is worth it - it's very nice!
Ok...I looked on that wig and the tag read Tony of Beverly but I looked online and couldn't find one like this...it also read "Elura" on the tag but nothing by that name came up. If you look online at the wig sites, you can find alot of different wigs...let me know if I can be any more help.
Hello Gayle...Welcome to Alopecia World! I will have to look when I get home to see if there is still a tag in that wig or if I still have the paperwork on it. I bought that one in 1992 at a hairstyle show here in Nashville. It's actually what they refer to as a 3/4 wig or a "fall". It has combs in the front to attach to your already existing hair which is why I have to wear scarves or bandanas with is (because I don't have any existing hair to attach it to). I will look and get back to you, I just wanted you to know that I got your message. Till then ~ Angie
