- Had AU since I was 13. I've always been kind of apathetic about it, and other sufferers and experts were trying to push the opinion on me that I should be devastated. I have my moments where I've had a long day and my wig has been irritating me, but otherwise I just think it's kind of funny, all the accidents that can happen. I obviously like to look nice, so I experiment with different styles of wig and makeup and eyebrow. I'm really considering just going bald (with eyebrows drawn/stuck on of course - don't wanna look like an alien, ahahaa) but I'm waiting to lose some more weight and for my face to clear up. If I ever get there, I'll probably just "wig" out.. sorry :P
Right, so why am I here? Tips and hints, plus I also have some of the problems associated with AU.. Support is always a good thing.
