- My allopecia started out October 2011. I have 4 patches, and hair is still falling out. I have had injections for the past year, with not much luck. My hair seemed to have stopped falling our in april, and I had some regrowth, but in june, it started falling out again. I decided not to continue with injections as it has been a year, and havent seen much results. I had a test spot of DCP in my arm, but after reading postings etc, decided it was not worth the pain and discomfort of doing. So right not, Im just letting my hair take its course. Im usinf rogaine still though.
