I have a daugther 18 years old that just get a spot in her head and the doctor told me that it is normal for kids that age to get it and calls alopecia areada, but i am very worry about my daugther.

Alopecia can come and go, that much is true. I think your doctor was trying to ease some of your stress over the condition.

Hmm, your doctor doesn't sound very knowledgeable; alopecia areata isn't common at any age! Aside from that, how are you and your daughter today?
