- Hi! My names Renee. I'm 23 years old and have been struggling with alopecia for quite a long time now. At first it wasn't a big issue, but it started getting bad (symptoms of totalis) around the age of 18. I hate to use the word "struggle" in relation to my alopecia, but it hasn't been easy. Although its been an eye-opener that's made me SO much more appreciative of what I DO have, I still feel like I lost a big chunk of the confidence I used to have.
Just looking to talk, share experiences, find people with things in common!
