Alopecia Universalis is a part of me. I've had alopecia since I was 5 or so. In 6th grade all of my hair fell out and "left me until my freshmen year in high school. For 6 years I had a head full of hair then 4 years ago all my hair left me again. Prednisone worked wonders! The drs and my family said the side effects weren't great, I begged to differ. So I quit taking steroids after 3 years and now I'm a bald girl who is still the same person everyone knows just without hair
