- My name is Sharmele Smiley West I don't have Alopecia but my mother did and 85% of my client base has some form of Alopecia. I customize hair systems for those who want to have hair that looks realistic. You can swim, Shower, Shampoo & work out with this system and it won't come off. I have shaved my head for the past 5 years and I wear this system so when I do consultations the client can see first hand. I love helping people feel like themselves again.
