- I started losing my hair about 15-20 years ago. Numerous times I cut my hair or grew one side out until the spot grew back. Now the back of my head is going bald and the right temple is on the way. So right now I'm thinking of getting a wig to wear but can't find the right color so I can wear it until it comes back. Mine always comes back in six to 12 months but comes in pure white - sometimes it changes colors and sometimes it stays white.

Yes, of course it would be okay to wear a wig at any time. I used to wear wigs before my hair started falling out, just for fun!
