I've decided to try a dairy and gluten free diet(or at least cut them out considerably). I'm a big believer that your diet has a lot to do with the way your body reacts to an already existing problem. I'm mostly trying to cut out inflammatories because even before AA appeared in my life I've always had skin problems (rashes, itchiness, dryness) that I believe are connected to my diet.
