I had one of those days yesterday. Nothing bad, just too many distractions. Somewhere along the line, my mind kicked into autopilot. The hour was late and much to my relief, the day was nearly over. A hot, steamy shower would help wash away the remains of the day. Instinctively, I reached for the shampoo only to have my hand run smoothly across my head. I have no hair to wash. Strange how old habits die hard…

I still use shampoo. I like the way it feels and because I also get psoriasis patches, it helps with the flaking.

What I treat myself with, though is conditioner. I have bottles of coconut-fragranced conditioner and it smells soooo delicious, I use it a couple times/week.

Tony, I still wash my head with shampoo on most mornings. Most likely because I formed a pattern in how i do things in the morning, and I'm usually half awake when I shower, so I do understand what your saying.

How is everything else going? I feel like I haven't been on here in forever.

Hi Tony, since I shaved my head, I wash my "BALDINI" with scented moisterizing shampoos like, sage and lemongrass, lavender, rose, etc, they smell soooo good. Then I oil it up and it's off to a wonderfully scented, shiny day! I guess I don't do any of the phanthom pushing back or combing or anything, but sometimes I wish I had a full head of hair to put up into a ponytail...that is before I shaved my head.

I know what you mean , I still have the habit of tucking my hair behind my ear when I am thinking hard. Silly huh? it's been 25 years for me. That is the best part of wearing wigs for me, that there is something to tuck!...hee hee
