I finally shaved my head!!! I already had purchased a wig, but needed to have my hairdresser thin it out, cut and style it, and color it. I was absolutely terrified of having my head shaved but I feel SO much better now having it done. I even think I look cute without hair! Very Evie from V for Vendette... or Joan of Arc!

My new profile picture was taken last night right after I had it shaved. The back and other side of my head is missing a lot of hair, and is bald with some regrowth in spots. I love the way my wig turned out and I'll be sure to post some pics from the whole experience. I really think this was a great step for me to take, I don't feel ugly at all. Perhaps this is the beginning of me coming out on the other side of this ordeal. I sure hope so!
