my daughter is noticing that she has no hair and her sisters do, she spent a good 2-3 min. petting her older sisters hair and telling her she liked her hair, and mommies and her oldest sisters hair. She even asked where hers was, she calls her headbands and pretty much anything she puts on her head for the 5 min. she does her hair, she is so dang cute I tell her all the time that she is and that she is beautiful and I love her. She is breaking my heart with this newer behaviour but I know as she gets older she will notice a lot more but I am hoping that when the time comes I will have Instilled in her the strength and love of herself that it will be easier for her. After all she is so very Beautiful just as she is!
I wish I had some advice for you, but I don't. You're doing the right thing though with reminding her that she is beautiful! You sound like an incredible mom! I don't have much hair, but the hair I do have, I wish I could give it to your little angel!
Absolutely perfect in every way! I tell my 4yr that everyday. I completely understand how you feel. My daughter plays w my hair while she falls asleep every night, she use to do the same with hers only months ago. She has AU. I'm going to try applying organic onion. Luck!
*Organic onion juice on her scalp 2 times a day...can't hurt and worth a try! She is also on a whole food organic diet, using only raw honey as a sweetener and brown rice. No preservatives or carbohydrates. I believe the trigger is in gut.
