All you teens out there, never give up

I just want to tell all you teens out there not to give up. Embrace your beauty; it is in the eye of the beholder anyway. My youngest adopted daughter lost all her hair - totalils, almost a year ago. She had to give up competing in gymnastics, but got involved in colorguard at high school. She will be in the Rose Parade tomorrow. I am so proud that she has not let this stop her. If you watch, she is in the Upland High School colorguard, they are 96 out of 97 tomorrow, or for some of you, today:) She is the beautiful vertically challenged African American in the third row from the back. Keep up the hope and don't let anything stand in the way of your dreams!! Be strong ladies and gentelmen!

Hi Debbie! Upland, CA? I used to live in Azusa and West Covina back in the late 80s. Nice area.

Unfortunately (fortunately??) I had a great NYE, so I slept in and missed the parade. :(

That is a wonderful and uplifting post! Got a chuckle out of vertically challenged as well!
