Alopecia Cruise in 2011 or 2012?

Hey all... Is anyone interested in going on a cruise? I tried to get one going a couple of years ago and managed to only get about a half dozen alopecians together, mainly because there was no Alopecia World or site to get the word out. And NAAF wouldn't put something in their newsletter. But we had a BLAST!! I would do all the planning with my travel agent. I am thinking sometime in January when the fares are lower, and maybe Western Caribbean or Mexican Riviera. Would love to get some feedback on what people think of this idea.

Okay..If I find one for January of 2012, is that too far out for you to plan for or just right? Does January work for most people? That's when we can get the best rates.

Alaska is out, they don't cruise in january, Hawaii is too expensive. I am thinking a 3-5 day cruise to either Mexico or Caribbean leaving from either Miami, Lauderdale or L.A. Last alopecia cruise was 5 days to Western caribbean from Lauderdale. Key west, cozumel and belize. I think it was about $278. I'll check the same cruise for 2012. Bet it's gone up.

I am finding $350 from tampa on a 5 night cruise to cozumel and costa maya. departing Jan 7. on an inside stateroom (before taxes and port fees).

OOH! I got it! four nights in the bahamas..key west, cococay (RCCL's private island), and Nassau from miami for $239. One night less..
