Hello

Has anyone seen the #alopeciaisfashion Hashtag?

We are doing a campaign to talk about issues in the fashion industry with Alopecia and also to say yes we can be whatever we want to be in the fashion industry with Hair Loss. Please hashtag #alopeciaisfashion in all your Instagram posts, twitter, facebook. The campaign is a brainstorm of hair Heals Organisation who support all affected by Hair Loss with buying wigs, beauty and confidence.

Is there a website or e-mail address I can pass on to others? I do not do hashtags. Thanks.

It's a very nice idea! You should organise a campaign as well.

I definitely agree with you. Fashion industry should embrace hair loss, thus becoming closer to each customer. Also, nowadays people became more tolerant to each other. More than that, naturalness is being promoted, thus we can notice more plus size models, and fashion ambassadors with no hair. For instance, I found out about this online shop https://www.daydaychic.com/dress due to the hashtag AlopeciaIsFashion. Since then, it became my favorite shops ever. In fact, Alopecia is beautiful and fashionable. We have to embrace each other the way we are!

It's a nice idea to organize such a campaign to support our fashion industry.

You are making a good work, I will surely support you on my Instagram and Facebook profiles. Also, I can promote you using Palmgear blogs. I like that nowadays all people are equal in rights and everyone can become whom he wants. Especially it's reflected in fashion nowadays as you said there are more models which fight with hair loss and also extra weight. The times when an ideal body was considered to have the 90 60 90 parameters have passed and now every woman is considered to be perfect in her way. I am happy that we live in such times and I hope that my children will also like me and will support others. I know that there still are a lot of people who don't think like us, but we mustn't take care of them.

Even in a fashion show, she once bet that the shoes in her designer collection would remain as popular. I was buying adidas yeezy at the time when everyone was going crazy over new balance and other sneakers. I can say that her idea failed and she's wearing the same sneakers as me. I've never chased fashion and consider it just a job, although some models can afford more expensive things. They probably have a contract to use only what they advertise. A real model doesn't have that kind of attachment, I know what I'm talking about.
