Hi Guys!
I don't often write things like this but felt the need considering some thing that have been said out there and because I believe so much in what I am about to say.
I have been going to Amy Gibson at Created Hair for wigs, advice and succor for 5 years now. Over that time she has helped me with so many technical problems, has supported me emotionally and has become a very dear friend.
When I first lost my hair she was was the only person that made me feel truly understood. Amy has had Alopecia for the majority of her life - she really gets this more than most.
I have got numerous wigs from Amy, including her water wig and they are all incredible! I don't know where I would be without her and her fantastic wigs.
I get asked all the time where I get my pieces from and most of them are Amy's. She is such a beautiful heart and she really does put her heart and soul into her work with hairloss. I couldn't recommend anyone more!!!
Thanks for letting me share!!
Love to you all!!

Hey Georgia...I just read this blog and looked through your pics! Your very pretty and your hair looks beautiful. Are these synthetic or HH wigs? Also, Where is Amy located as I am on the East Coast.
Amy is so very nice. I contacted her a few years back, and we corresponded by email quite a bit. She would help any way she could, truly. However, I was never really certain about how much her wigs cost and if you needed to be bald only to wear them. I hear conflicting stories on that one. And you have to go to only select wig shops that can fit you with the wigs. If you have more information please let me know.
@Becca74 - Hi mine are both synthetics nd HH I wear all different sorts. Amy is on the west coast but she can organise pieces for you from a distance I think - I have seen it done before. x
@Lexi Isn't she great?? I think she can get you to take the measurements yourself and send them to her. Also I have hair under my wigs that I have from hair so I know it can be either :)
Georgia, her synthetics, are they shiney like most synthetics are? Are they itchy? I find that problem with most. I have yet to organize all my questions and talk to Linda at Amy's shop.
@Lexi - not they aren't too shiney I don't think. I love the one I wear all the time. You can see it on the front page of this website to give you an idea: you can see my wig here :)
