I don't have the Audrey, but I have found that I do like the Rene of Paris styles. I have a Noriko "Sandie" that I have gotten more compliments than any wig I have ever worn. I've had people come up to me and say, "Who does your hair and that has to cost you at least $100." It is a gradient color where the roots are darker and I think that is what makes it look so realistic. I just wish they would make it in a mono top. I'm looking for a new wig, but I think the next one I buy will be a mono. I also have the Gala by Gabor which I personally like, but there again, it doesn't have a mono top. I wonder if anyone out there could recommend a short wig that does have a mono top that really looks great. Good luck on someone have the Audrey that can share some input for you.

Thanks for your comment! I currently have "Codi" from the Amore Collection by Rene of Paris & love the quality. Very very good wig. Everyone tells me how great my hair looks & how much it flatters me but personally I need bangs, just doesn't feel right without them. Not necessarily full bangs, but definitely side swept bangs. I buy a new wig every 3 months so it's almost time for a new one. I also love the gradient colors, makes up for not having a mono top wig :)

Sophia, I feel like you do--I need to have bangs and like you, not necessarily full bangs, but at least side bangs. I was told years ago by a hair stylist even before alopecia that because of my high forehead, I would always need to wear bangs.

Sophia, I had to share this with you. I saw where galleryofwigs.com was listed somewhere on this website. They have a wonderful selection of wigs. I called today and was lucky enough to talk to Kathy. I told her my age, that I was looking for a mono top and what would she suggest. She suggested that I email her some pictures and she recommended 2 monofilaments that I ordered today. Each one was just a little over $100 and I paid over $300 for one of mine at a local wig shop. Kathy even suggested the color. There was one I really liked, but she was honest enough to tell me it wasn't nearly as pretty as the picture. Try giving them a call--they are located in Connecticut. I had to leave a voice mail message, but my call was returned in about 5 minutes. I think you will be pleasently surprised.

Sophia. try galleryofwigs.com located in Connecticut. You can email pictures of you to them and Kathy will suggest what would look good on you and what colors would look good. I ordered 2 monofilaments today that were just over $100 each. I think you will be pleasently surprised.

i have rene of paris stevie and brandi! i love rene of paris wigs! stevie is my favorite, everyone always compliments that one the most! check ebay for the audry one, it might be cheaper!! :)

Thanks ladies! I ordered it from bestwigoutlet.com, it was around $90 but with the 30% coupon they emailed me I only paid $60, SO CHEAP! I really really do recommend bestwigoutlet.com. With their 30% off coupons they beat every other wig store on the internet when it comes to brand wigs. I will have to check out gallery wigs too!

i used to wear that one.. i had people all the time telling my how much they loved my hair... i however didn't like the top it's not mono that's why i am trying th eCodi like you.. I must say that one is my favorite on you

Thanks Jessica! I get many compliments on my Codi. My one friend asked me the other day - she knows about me not having any hair - "Did your hair grow???" haha. She totally thought Codi was my real hair. She couldn't believe how realistic it looks. Which it really does. Codi looks super natural so I'm sure you will enjoy her :) I just don't like how the fringe is so long. Sadly I don't have anyone that could cut it for me so I ordered Audrey. I will let you know how I like my Audrey, should get it within a week.
