Biotin

Has anyone ever used Biotin and if so what were the results?

 I truly understand completly I am so new to this it hasnt been a month and I am all patched up and still in my crying stage, so I want to know what everyone has tried and what works. thanks Lexi

Here's too better nails and high hopes.  I already have great nails, so never noticed any difference. Yes, it sucks to have hair loss and be female most of all.  It is our "crowning glory" and we are losing it. I hate even watching shampoo commercials, hair color commercials, seeing those not only beautiful girls, but with gorgeous hair.  I would give a lot to have back all of my thin fine silky hair that I could do nothing with.

Thanks Lexi @ Tovah I know right I am going to take it..Dee sorry to hear that I am still losing my hair and the part that killing me are the patches...thanks guys I appriacte the comments.

I use it and have been 20 thousand mg per day for 9 months andn it has done nothing but make my toenails grow rapidly and im not kidding. I have taken prenatal vitamans, Floic Acid, B-12 I shampoo with Nioxin cleanser and nothing is working. I am looking for advice as well. My hair is coming out in alarming amounts I look awful this is killing me.

I do take biotin every day. I'm just trying to cover all my bases. lol.

I have been taking biotin also for about 3 months.  nothing for me either.  I also shampoo and condition with biotin products.  no change
